I do know that the more general screenshot function is working, because I have a pair of monitors, and the picture on the one that isn't playing video gets captured just fine, just with a big black space on the
I started having problem with Amazon Prime with my Ultra a little over a month (I think) ago. My roku 3's, streaming sticks and roku tv's did not have the issue. System restarts didn't help. I did have the audio leveling on--no idea what it does--so turned it off and restarted and had same problem.

Lately my Amazon Prime Video app has stopped working. I either get a perpetual loading symbol followed by an "Insufficient bandwith" message, or if I click a series I've been watching, it does not respond and will not play. I had to update my Amazon pass
